Wine Making Academy

Imagine you are the new owners of a winery in the south of France producing a large selection of different wines… The winery is not doing well and needs your team’s expertise to survive.

Overview

At the beginning of the event, our wine making consultant will present the tasks and steps that each team will go through to create their winery and wines:
  1. Determine the type of wine you would like to create (Appellation, country wine, etc..)
  2. Make your own cuvee by actually blending different grape varietals
  3. Design the label for you wine
  4. Create a commercial and marketing strategy for your wine
